Hiring Process:

  • Application review – Assessment of qualifications, experience, and added value.

  • Screening – Preliminary phone call (15-30 minutes) to assess basic qualifications, interest in the role, and overall fit.

  • Interview(s) – 1-2 interviews, a mix of Teams and onsite sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour.

  • Reference Check – Gathering valuable insights into past performance, teamwork, and overall suitability for the role.

  • Offer – Job offer is extended promptly upon determining a mutual fit.

  • Onboarding – Background check and drug screening conducted.

WE ARE HIRING!

Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Respiratory Manager, providing top-notch service both in-store and in patients’ homes.

Job Type: Full-time + On-Call Rotation

Pay: $30 - $40 per hour (DOE)

Credentials Required: Current and unrestricted NBRC Respiratory Therapist Credential (CRT/RRT) and Washington State licensure.
