Hiring Process:

At Olympic, we believe in a transparent and fair hiring process. Our approach is built on professionalism and respect for each candidate. • Apply  – Submit resume and cover letter via job platform or email (hr@olympicpharmacy.com)

• Application review – Assessment of qualifications, experience, and added value.

• Screening – Preliminary phone call (15-30 minutes) to assess basic qualifications, interest in the role, and overall fit.

• Interview(s) – 1-2 interviews, a mix of Teams and onsite sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour.

• Reference Check – Gathering valuable insights into past performance, teamwork, and overall suitability for the role.

• Offer – Job offer is extended promptly upon determining a mutual fit.

• Onboarding – Background check and drug screening conducted.
